PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Sourwood Solar Land Development Plan - 172 Burnside Road
The Muddy Creek Township Board of Supervisors have scheduled a public hearing for the presentation of the proposed Sourwood Solar land development plan. At this time, the developer shall present the plan to residents. Residents will then be given an opportunity to voice any questions, comments, or concerns they may have, which will then be addressed by the developer.

Project Description:
This project proposes the installation of a +4.2 MW DC ground-mounted principal solar energy system across 1 parcel that is comprised of a total of +122.37 acres. The projected leased area premises is approximately 37 acres. This project includes the construction of an SES (Solar Energy System) with associated solar arrays, access roads, and other necessary improvements to the site.
