Subdivision/Land Development
This application is needed when changing boundary lines either through combination, division, or lot line relocation.
Stormwater Management
This form is necessary any time any improvement is made on one's property from 2011 on, regardless if a permit is required or not. Once 5,000 sq. ft. (2000 sq. ft. for commercial properties) of impervous surface has been reached, a Stormwater Management Plan must be submitted to the township.
Junkyard Permit
This permit is needed to maintain and operate a junkyard within Muddy Creek Township. It is renewed annually.
