Building Permits
Assessment Permit
This permit is for accessory structures under 1000 sq. ft., as well as decks that are 30 in. above grade or less, fences under 6 ft., retaining walls under 4 ft., swimming pools/hot tubs (above and in-ground), and agricultural buildings.
UCC Building Permit
This Permit is for larger building projects such as single family dwellings, additions, or garages. Smaller projects such as solar panels or large/high decks may also require a UCC building permit. Commercial properties need to complete the Commercial Plan Reveiw Application. Any property requiring a new address will also need to complete an Address Request Form.

Demolition/Removal Permit
This permit is for the demolition or removal of a structure from a property. In cases where a mobile home is being removed from a property and relocated to another property, an additional permit is needed to be obtained from: Abbie M. Flinner, Tax Collector. Driveway Permit
This permit is for adding new driveways and for making modifications to existing driveways.
